Booking a visit

1. 1Tap Book. Clinics in your city come first: find one by city or by name, and pick its vet. Clinics not on Tails of Leo yet are listed below them, with their number to call. If your profile has a PIN code, the nearest come first and each says roughly how far it is.
2. 2Pick the pet the visit is for.
3. 3Say what the visit is about, and add a note for the vet if you like.
4. 4Pick a day and a time. You only see times the clinic is open and has free.
5. 5Check the details and confirm.

No clinic near you yet?

Tails of Leo is adding clinics one at a time, so yours may not be here yet. Book then shows a link to find a vet near you on Google Maps, and a ready-made WhatsApp message to tell your vet about Tails of Leo.

If you have moved, change your city there or on your profile, and Book looks again.

Follow-ups and calendar

When your vet asks to see your pet again, the follow-up appears on Home. Book fills in the pet, the vet and the reason, so you only pick a time.

Add to calendar puts a visit, a vaccine or a follow-up in your phone's calendar, or in Google Calendar. Vaccines and follow-ups remind you 3 days before. Visits remind you the evening before and 2 hours before.

Confirmed or waiting for the clinic?

Most clinics confirm bookings straight away. A clinic that checks each one first shows your visit as Waiting for the clinic until it does. Either way it appears under Next visit on Home.

Cancelling

Tap Cancel on the visit on Home. The time is freed for someone else.
