For pet parents
Short answers to the things people ask most.
- Adding a petOnly a name and the kind of animal are needed. Everything else can wait.
- Booking a visitFind a clinic, pick your pet, say why, pick a time.
- Who can see your pet's recordsOnly vets you have booked with, or who have treated your pet, and you can withdraw that at any time.
- Getting your pet's records when a clinic registered themUse the code from your vet, or send the clinic a request and they check it's you.
- Closing your accountIt closes at once, and is deleted after 30 days. Signing in before then undoes it.
- Family: looking after pets togetherEveryone in a family sees the pets it shares, books visits and keeps their details up to date.
