Booking rules

Profile, Booking. Appointment length sets the size of each slot. Minimum notice stops last-minute bookings. How far ahead limits the calendar. Confirm bookings automatically books owners straight in; with it off, every booking waits for you. Allow overlapping appointments suits parallel consultations. Turning off Accepting new patients hides you from owners searching for a vet.

Being found

Owners search by city, and by vet or clinic name. Keep your clinic's city and PIN code up to date in Profile, Clinic.
